This database is an archive that was created throuh the UFoH: Utopia, Food and Health in Science Fiction and Utopian Literature<\/em> project. It aims to catalogue and systematise references to foodways found in the literature. These references are fundamental to the advancement of Food Studies and Utopian Studies. The database unites over 100 entries and combines studies of utopian and dystopian literary works, in which foodways play a meaningful role. Currently, the project continues, with a new research being done at the CETAPS<\/strong><\/strong> digital lab<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
