9–10 November 2026, Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto (FLUP), Portugal
In 2026, the Centre for Linguistics of the University of Porto (CLUP) will celebrate its fiftieth anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, CLUP is organising the international conference CLUP’26 – From Legacy to the Challenge of Innovation: 50 Years of the Centre for Linguistics of the University of Porto, which will take place on the 9th and 10th of November 2026 as an on-site event at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto (FLUP), Portugal.
This conference aims to provide an opportunity to reflect on CLUP’s academic path since its foundation, as well as to discuss current and future challenges in linguistic research.
