[NOVO PRAZO PARA SUBMISS\u00c3O DE RESUMOS \u2013 15\/02\/2022]<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

O Centro de Lingu\u00edstica da Universidade do Porto tem a honra de anunciar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0do Congresso Internacional em Sintaxe (CISyntax2022), que decorrer\u00e1 em homenagem\u00a0\u00e0 Professora Doutora Ana Maria Brito.
O Congresso ter\u00e1 lugar nos dias 13, 14 e 15 de julho de 2022, em regime presencial, nas\u00a0instala\u00e7\u00f5es da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto (FLUP), Portugal.
A Professora Doutora Ana Maria Brito \u00e9 Professora Catedr\u00e1tica Jubilada da FLUP, desde\u00a0o dia 1 de janeiro de 2021. Docente de Lingu\u00edstica e investigadora com vast\u00edssima\u00a0produ\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica, desenvolveu a sua atividade principalmente na \u00e1rea da Sintaxe, n\u00e3o\u00a0descurando, contudo, dom\u00ednios de interface como Sintaxe-Sem\u00e2ntica e Sintaxe-Morfologia. Reconhecem-se tamb\u00e9m como \u00e1reas da sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o a Sintaxe Comparada,\u00a0a Varia\u00e7\u00e3o Sint\u00e1tica e o Ensino da Sintaxe.
Tendo em conta as val\u00eancias da nossa homenageada, este Congresso contar\u00e1 com os\u00a0seguintes eixos tem\u00e1ticos:
– Sintaxe (v\u00e1rios quadros te\u00f3ricos)
– Sintaxe e Interfaces
– Sintaxe Comparada
– Sintaxe e Varia\u00e7\u00e3o Lingu\u00edstica
– Sintaxe e Ensino

Aceitam-se trabalhos nas modalidades Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o oral (20 minutos de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o + 10 de discuss\u00e3o) e poster (exposi\u00e7\u00e3o permanente, com breve apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o).
O Congresso ter\u00e1 como l\u00ednguas de trabalho o Portugu\u00eas, o Espanhol, o Franc\u00eas e o Ingl\u00eas.

Os resumos devem ter no m\u00e1ximo duas p\u00e1ginas A4 (incluindo refer\u00eancias e exemplos),\u00a0com margens de 2,5cm, fonte Times New Roman, 12pts, com espa\u00e7amento simples.\u00a0Cada autor poder\u00e1 apresentar apenas dois trabalhos: um de que seja autor \u00fanico ou\u00a0primeiro autor e um de que seja coautor, n\u00e3o sendo o primeiro. Por favor, indique na\u00a0sua submiss\u00e3o se o resumo deve ser considerado para comunica\u00e7\u00e3o oral e\/ou para\u00a0

[EXTENDED DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: 15\/02\/2022]<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Centre of Linguistics of the University of Porto is pleased to announce the International Congress on Syntax, which will be held in honour of Professor Ana Maria Brito.
The congress will take place from 13 to 15 July 2022, at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto, Portugal.
Ana Maria Brito a (retired) Full Professor of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto (FLUP), since 1st January 2021. Her teaching activity and extensive scientific production have mainly focused on syntax and its interfaces with semantics and morphology. She has also worked on comparative syntax, syntactic variation and the teaching of syntax. 
Given the research interests of our honoree, this congress will include the following themes:
– Syntax (various theoretical frameworks)
– Syntax and Interfaces
– Comparative Syntax
– Syntax and Linguistic Variation
– Syntax and Teaching 

We invite abstract submissions for oral presentation (20 min for presentation + 10 min for discussion), poster (permanent exhibition, with a brief presentation session) or both.The working languages of the congress will be Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstracts should be anonymous and no longer than two pages A4, including references and examples, with margins of at least 2,5 cm, font Times New Roman, size 12, single spaced. Each author may only submit two abstracts: one as the only author or the first author and another as a co-author but not the first one. Please indicate in your submission whether your abstract should be considered for oral presentation, poster 
presentation or both. 
The abstracts should be submitted in PDF format through EasyChair(https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=cisyntax2022) no later than February 15, 2022.
