{"id":1482,"date":"2017-05-29T10:55:58","date_gmt":"2017-05-29T10:55:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/webnucleo.net\/clup\/?page_id=1482"},"modified":"2024-05-08T12:09:14","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T12:09:14","slug":"formacao_int","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/id.letras.up.pt\/clup\/int\/?page_id=1482","title":{"rendered":"Education"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CLUP is actively involved in the following post-graduate programmes in <strong>Language Sciences<\/strong>, <strong>Language Teaching<\/strong> and <strong>Translation<\/strong> at the University of Porto:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sigarra.up.pt\/flup\/pt\/cur_geral.cur_view?pv_ano_lectivo=2017&amp;pv_origem=CUR&amp;pv_tipo_cur_sigla=D&amp;pv_curso_id=5921\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PhD in Language Sciences<\/a>, with four majors: Linguistics; Translation; Language Teaching; Human Language Technologies (which is taught together with the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto);<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sigarra.up.pt\/flup\/pt\/cur_geral.cur_view?pv_ano_lectivo=2017&amp;pv_origem=CUR&amp;pv_tipo_cur_sigla=M&amp;pv_curso_id=9141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Master\u2019s Degree in Linguistics<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sigarra.up.pt\/flup\/pt\/cur_geral.cur_view?pv_ano_lectivo=2017&amp;pv_origem=CUR&amp;pv_tipo_cur_sigla=M&amp;pv_curso_id=437\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Master\u2019s Degree in Translation and Language Services<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p>Several <a href=\"https:\/\/sigarra.up.pt\/flup\/pt\/cur_geral.cur_inicio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Master\u2019s Degree courses in Language Teaching<\/a>: Teaching Portuguese and a Foreign Language (various options); Portuguese as a Foreign Language.<\/p>\n<p>The students of these programmes are regular users of our specialised library and are invited to participate in all the seminars and conferences organised by CLUP. Some students are also invited to take part in the organisation of events and activities and to become permanent members of the CLUP team. Most of the supervisors of students\u2019 theses and dissertations are permanent researchers at CLUP.<\/p>\n<p>CLUP collaborates closely with some undergraduate degree courses, especially with the <a href=\"https:\/\/sigarra.up.pt\/flup\/pt\/cur_geral.cur_view?pv_ano_lectivo=2017&amp;pv_origem=CUR&amp;pv_tipo_cur_sigla=L&amp;pv_curso_id=460\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">first-cycle degree programme in Language Sciences<\/a>. Students of this degree course are welcome to take part in the Centre\u2019s activities and are encouraged to use its resources and facilities. Most of the teaching staff in the Language Sciences course are also researchers at CLUP.<\/p>\n<p>In line with our commitment to the early integration of all students in CLUP\u2019s daily activities, our latest conferences included special sessions devoted to the presentation of students\u2019 research.
