UFoH was a project of Alimentopia, that focused on food production and consumption in utopian and sci-fi literature. The platform hosted a searchable database containing excerpts and statistical insights. This initiative not only facilitated collaboration among platform users but also advanced Digital Humanities in Portugal by employing digital tools and methods. Key achievements included the database, an annotated anthology, a volume of critical essays, and two major conferences in 2016 and 2019.
